Won’t be going back
Arrived at the hotel, and was promptly given my room key. Upon arrival to the room, the card wouldn’t work. After having the card re-keyed, I tried again, and again the door wouldn’t open. The desk attendant brought up the computer to open the door, which turned out to locked using the slide latch. After reassuring us that there was no one in the room, he returned to the desk to call maintanance. About 10 minutes later, the door to the room opened; someone else was staying in it. At this point, my wife and I head back downstairs to the front desk, where we’re given a new room to try. All of this took 45 minutes, at 11 pm at night, on my wedding night. Needless to say, I was not happy and not impressed.

Sets new standard for quality hotel experience!
This is my 3rd time staying at this property and it only gets better. I appreciate that staff is well trained in customer satisfaction, attention to details, and keeps the physical plant in pristine condition. The breakfast provides a great array of choices for reasonable price. No costs for parking (yippee!), and the indoor pool was a great hit with visiting local grandkids. We even stayed to eat in the dining room. With little kids it’s hard to move around a lot and this was a perfect pizza/sandwich/salad/soup menu with beer & wine offerings too. Always clean at the top level for hotels and I frequent many. This property is always a pleasure to visit so I’ll just keep going back!
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
You can clearly save $$ by eating right there at the hotel dining room even though they report it is a "limited menu." Maybe so, but it suited us just fine, we could dine in a pleasant atmosphere (some of us with wet heads from pool time) with excellent quality food. You will definitely save money over going out although it’s convenient location tempts you with many choices closeby.
