inappropriate
I asked for a non-smoking room, which i received but as soon as i opened the door the room smelled totally disgusting like an ashtray. i tried to call the front office and the phone just rang and rang no one answered it. the room was pretty big and should have bigger beds in there...

Frustrating
We had requested a non-smoking room, and technically that’s what we got, but someone had smoked in it. The staff was nice enough to move us and upgrade us to a 2-room suite. There were no linens in the room for the pull-out couch. And there were not enough pillows. We went to the office for the linens and they had no more pillows (they did eventually find one and gave it to my husband when he went back later for soap, which wasn’t in the room). Also, there was coffee, but no coffee pot. The room was clean and quiet, but we had to chase down the basics.

It was fine for our purposes
The amenities were non existent but for us it was just a place to sleep and it was quiet and comfortable.
