Perfect for those with children
Not what Id call a fancy, high-end hotel, but it was perfect for our family of four. Safe neighborhood and clean. Conveniently located walking distance from a great little shopping district and the science museum, we took a cab to the Liberty Bell/Indepence Hall area for $8. Nice little kitchenette in the room, very friendly staff and a great breakfast room that saved us from looking for a restaurant in the morning with hungry youngsters.
Parking is expensive. We rented a car for a one day trip to Allentown. Parking was almost as much as the car rental. Taxis were abundant and it saved time not looking for parking. We walked between landmarks.

Access to site in Philly
The suites were within waking distance to the college areas and nightlife of Philly. Also a short subway ride to Old Town and additional nightlife and historical sites. Downside was the redirection of traffic because of a walk for "X" on Saturday.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
Go to Eulogy in Old Town and not Monks in the College area of Philly. Better beer, service and food with less hassle. It was a great city to visit and many good drinking options.

I will surely choose Windsor when I return back to Philadelphia
The hotel is situated at central Philadelphia, and closed to any most visited places. Eventhough the hotel entrance and lobby is not wide, but the guest room is quite wide and sufficient to accomodate family. The room is quite clean with good design interior.
