Hell Hole of San Antonio
This hotel was horrid. The staff was busy playing video games on arrival. The room was terrible. The sofabed was coming apart at the hindges. The mattress was old and ugly. Lucky for us we took the kids air up sleeping bags as back up. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Not Impressed
The location of the hotel was the only redeeming quality. The first room we were assigned had a window that was open and wouldnt close, lock was broken. We were moved to another room which reaked of perfume. There were cigarette burns on the bedding in both rooms, even though we were given non-smoking rooms. The side door, which should have been opened by key card only, was wide open with people coming in and out. Other guests in the same hallway were loud and running up and down the hall. Management did nothing.
