A Jewel in Hanoi
We were greeted at the door, processed quickly, and shown to a lovely room. The hotel offers spa services at very reasonable prices, a large and tasty breakfast buffet, travel services, money exchange, and several shops. It is located close to many points of interest. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

The hotel has a small pamphlet with lots of valuable information, especially about the right way to cross the streets filled with chaotic traffic.

Good alternative in Hanoi
I have stayed at the Melia in the past and I always find it a good alternative. Since it was off season, I would also looking for a good price for the value...which expedia had.

Very Nice Stay
This is probably one of the best hotels in Hanoi. The executive rooms are very spacious. Location is quite good, with the old quarter in walking distance.
Traveler's tip on dining
Bobby Chin’s is a two block walk away. An excellent, romantic place for dinner.
