Not impressed at all
I was upset after entering my room and found no towels.I checked in at 8 pm on a Saturday. I had to wait for the front desk clerk to finish washing and drying towels. I don’t understand why it’s called Baymont Inn & Suites,I think they should call themselves Baymont Inn.

Not very nice
Things must have gone downhill since the previous reviews were posted. The rooms were in mediocre condition at best and had an odd smell, there were no coffee cups provided in the rooms and regular coffee was missing. The weekday front desk staffer had the mouth of a sailor and an attitude to match. The weekend staff were pleasant and professional, but left the front desk unattended for long periods of time, leaving the phone to ring and ring and ring. I’d recommend another hotel.

Failed to meet low expectations
This hotel has little to recommend it, other than quick if obscure access from the freeway. I checked in mid-afternoon, and the desk clerk had no idea where I might find lunch in the neighborhood. The (soiled) matress was uncomfortable, the pillows third-rate, the TV cable had been oversplit, leading to a loud buzzing on every channel, the toilet paper was apparently surplus from the Soviet Union, and every small amenity possible had been omitted from the room, including tissue and coffee cups. Finally, on trying to print my boarding passes from my on-line check-in, the guest printer was not working, and I was told that my only option was to find a nearby Kinko’s, rather than being offered the use of the front office printer.
