Great manager
I had arranged to take the shuttle to the airport, but a large group leaving a little earlier than I was planning had taken up both of the hotel’s shuttles. That wasn’t a problem though, as the manager of the hotel took me to the airport and two other hotel guests to their conference in his personal car. Great service.

Best Dulles Airport Hotel
Simply outstanding, only a few miles from Dulles, nice quiet area, great service, great facilities, looks like it has just been renovated, rooms are huge and very clean. I will be staying here all the time, when flying from/to Washington. Great Sushi restaurant across the road too !. Listed as a 3* hotel, but is clearly operating (easily) at 4*. Best part, its very cheap, and they also provide a free continental breakfast.

Centrally Located
The Room was clean and very comfortable. The coffee was delicious (Starbucks). The continental breakfast was less than expected. The little they had to offer was either empty or they were out of it all together. Other than that everything else was enjoyable.

Highly Impressed!
"Airport" hotels tend to have a bad reputation, even the major name ones; but this was the complete opossite! I really enjoyed staying at this Hyatt! The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel is very nice with all of the amenities that an individual would enjoy. Very close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. I will definitely stay at this hotel when in the area again.

Great hotel other than scratchy sheets
This hotel is great for staying in the Dulles/Sterling area. Rooms are big and beds are fairly comfortable but the sheets are cheap quality and very scratchy. Everything else is fantastic.

Not what I expected from Hyatt
Although the room was big & comfortable, I expected something really spectacular from Hyatt. The pool was in disrepair. They were cheap with their complimentary breakfast. If you wanted anything besides cereal & toast, you had to pay. And pay dearly! I guess I expected, at the very least, what I have experienced in other, less expensive, hotels.

Nice property
Beds seemed smaller than some other properties I have been at. Ceiling in shower was falling in. I advised the front desk but they had no room to move us too. Convenient to get to from Dulles. I would stay here again

Price Meets Comfort!
Great Hotel located close to Dulles. Easy to find with a fantastic restaurant right across the street. (Sweetwater) Best hotel I’ve stayed at in the price range.

Home away from home
If you like contemporary modern design, you’ll love this hotel! The bathroom wasn’t all that impressive but the decor of the overall room was. They’ve provided a blanket for lounging on the couch to watch the 42" flat panel TV, You don’t even need to go out. It was a very comfortable place, we’ve enjoyed it very much!

Front desk staff is most unprofessional
While the rest of the hotel is not bad at all, the staff at the front desk is most unprofessional and unhelpful. They behave as if ’they are doing you a favor’.

Great room set up but was it finished?
When we walked into the room we were quite pleased. Big screen plasma TV, wet bar, fridge, all the amenities you could want. BUT there was no hanger bar in the closet, the fan in bath/shower room worked when it wanted and didn’t seem to be finished as far as the carpentry work, there was a water puddle by the fridge and in the 2nd room we our other guests were staying the TV didn’t work (not a big thing but the NCAA tournament was ongoing). Everything that could be attended to immediately was, ie: TV and water puddle and we were offered to switch rooms. We decided to stay where we were and overall we enjoyed our stay. All hotel personnel were very pleasant and we will stay again the next chance we get. **** THNX
Traveler's tip on nightlife
We stayed over St. Patty’s day ’07 and after the event we went to see was over we thought we would like to get a drink somewhere. Apparently they roll up the sidewalks at midnight and we had milk and cookies instead.
