My recent trip to this hotel, shocked!!!
This is no three star hotel! They said because of lack of air conditioning and elevator is the reason behind three stars. People, this is at least a four or five star hotel. Be prepared to enjoy!!! Our room was cool, and walking all over for a month, the stairs were fine. We had a top breakfast, and top service, and absolutely beautiful. The outside looks old and was a little afraid, but WOW!! Could not have asked for nicer hotel.

Excellent hotel
I recommend this hotel. It has excellent location at walking distance from the train station and the market square. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The price is fine.
Traveler's tip
The hotel being so close to the train station, it is better to use the train or the buses waiting there for any journey outside Cracow. Everything is easy and well organised.

Old World Charm
We enjoyed our two nights in the Europejski. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was adequate but the setting was beautiful. We really had a lovely time while we were there. We also loved our nearness to Old Town. Krakow is one of our favorite places!
