Very Nice Hotel
Hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. Bed was fabulous. Room had a "home" feeling to it. Room service was nice and accommodating. The faucet in the bathroom sink did leak every time the hot or cold water was turned on. That was annoying. And, it is ridiculous to charge guests of the hotel daily parking fees when we pay so much for the rooms in the first place.

Very close to the Galleria area, Montrose area, Medical center, and the Museum District.

Not Impressed
Overall the Hotel was ok,but I was disapointed with the fact that their pool was closed during our stay.Simply because the kids where looking foward to use it!And in fact that was the reason why we picked this hotel.It claimed to have a heated pool open all year around.

It was ok
I was a bit disapointed with this hotel,due to the factthat we chose this particular hotel because it advertised that had a heated pool open year arround,which the kids where looking foward too.When in fact the pool was closed and empty for the entire time during our 8 day stay.
