Better than average
New hotel, very clean. Pleasant personnel usually available. Realistic concept about obtaining clean linen/towels, not the usual b s about saving water,etc. However--!! very noisy. Upstairs residents must have been playing basketball all night--dogs barking !!! Could hear next door neighbor urinating ! Yuck !

A nice place to stay
Nicely appointed and equipped rooms, full size refrigerators, DVD player and a bag of instant popcorn waiting by the microwave. Decent workout room and honor convenience store for sodas and essentials. Very friendly staff. All around great place to stay; I will stay there on my next visit to Fort Smith.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
If you are a light sleeper, consider the one bedroom suite. The full size refrigerator in the standard room can be a bit noisy when the frig compressor is running.
