We will return.Very comfortable.
From the night-time hotel clerk,the greetings by the staff as we came in and out, to the FINE breafast group,we enjoyed our stay immensly. This was not our first stay here. We always stay here when we come to Chicago.The location is ideal for travel thru out the city. We shall return.
The Embassy provides a shuttle to the shopping mall.

felt uncomfortable
we felt very uncomfortable, the Hotel manager was there every minute ,snopping on people, watching every move people made,even at the breakfast buffet she was sat down watching people my husband and i felt very uncomfortable, we will not go back to this embassy suites.
