Handy access to sports venues w/ extra parking fee
Being right across the street from the new Cowboys Stadium and down the road from the Rangers Field, this motel is very convenient for access to those sports venues. It supplies all the basic amenities. The big surprise was the extra fee for parking at the motel on game day. The management said it was specified on their web site but I and many other patrons did not find it. Since the fee is a fair fraction of the room rate, I think it should be specified clearly up front with the room rate disclosure. This one factor lowered my overall satisfaction with this motel which was otherwise adequate.

great location
The location of the hotel was great-within walking distance from the Cowboy’s stadium and Ranger’s ballpark, as well as, numerous restarants and a Walmart. The staff was friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast provided included several cereals, bagels, bread, donuts, juice, cofee, and milk. The pool was nice, nothing fancy but quite large and in good condition. The beds were comfortable. You could tell the hotel was a little older and showed some wear and tear, but everything was clean and in working condition.
Traveler's tip
Free trolley passes are available upon check-in. We found that the trolley, while easy to use and convienent, did not arrive at the posted times. There were times where it was 30 minutes or more behind schedule, so plan accordingly. A few of the days we chose to walk to the ballpark and took the trolly back to the hotel.

We are glad that she felt that our our location was convenient and within walking distance to major attractions and restaurants, our staff was friendly and helpful, our breakfast was plentiful, our pool was nice, large and in good condition, the beds were comfortable, and that everything was clean and in working condition. We are currently the closest Hotel to the new Cowboys Stadium and we hope our proximity to this sports venue along with being walking distance to Rangers Ballpark and a mile from Six Flags Over Texas will add value and convenience to our guests. We take pride in the work we do and and always appreciate it immensely when a guest notices. It is always a pleasure to hear from our guests, and we have shared her comments with the staff.
