Very Impressed
Too often are hotel staff a little rude or discourteous; that was not the case at the Hyatt. The staff was extremely helpful with everything from getting directions to accommodating a last minute guest. After redeploying for Iraq knowing that my family was in the Hyatt made that first week much easier than I anticipated. Thank you...
