Love Denver!!
The Graystone castle is a little out dated, but still nice. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was good. We stayed there for a wedding (at a different location) and when the bar closed in the hotel the security guard was nice enough to open a banquet room for wedding guests to hang out in at 2a.m. so as to not wake other guests in the hotel. Pool and hot tub were nice and very warm. We didn’t really care for the sleep number beds, but that is a personal choice. Location was good, close to restaurants and stores. We would definitely go back.

Average at best
The hotel looked very nice from the outside and the entry and restaurant was nice. The rest of the hotel was average at best. The rooms were clean but outdated. The stairwell was dirty and smelled. The bathroom needed repairs but the shower did have good water pressure. I probably wouldn’t stay there again unless it was cost effective to do so.

Better than expected. Gave us breakfast coupons for free buffet in hotel restaurant each morning.Comfortable numbers beds.

Awesome
Everything was great. THe only thing is that the shuttle did not really did not benefit us. When we needed it, it was not available. But the staff was wonderful and our room was awesome.

A Pleasure to stay at in Denver
Great accomodations, with nicely decored gothic/medieval looks and appeal, similar to a miniature Excalibur in Las Vegas. Comfortable queen size beds and great complimentary breakfast buffet which included an omelette bar and waffle station. Would come again and recommend to all.

Nice place to stay
We have stayed at the Greystone in the past. It has been exceptionally clean in the past but this time it was not. It was clean but not spotless. The staff have always been their to take care of your needs and do a good job and are very pleasant.

Here the deal-This review has nothing to do with the staff, they were fine but the hotel need a through rebuild, it’s totally beat, the room was Ok but lobby/hallways/breakfast room ect...need some serious updating, I wasn’t looking for the Waldorf but as someone who travels pretty often for work/pleasure I can tell you it won’t be on my list of must revisit’s on my next run to Denver, be smart make another selection.
Traveler's tip on dining
Hacendia Colorado is a local chain tex mex resturant, overall pretty solid- affordable, better than expected food, cool decor, good drinks and cold local beers, been to Denver twice over the past 3 months, 3 dinners and zero complaints.

I would like to Thank everyone at the hotel for being to polite and helpful. Jeff at the main desk was very polite and curtious and Pam the Shuttle Driver was extremly nice. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality.
