Wonderful people, great view, fast and reliable Internet
I was very pleased with my stay at Fedriades. I met three different hotel staff members while there and they each treated me like an old friend. This was genuine friendliness also, not an appeal for tourist cash. The rooms are dorm-ish, like many 3 star European hotels, meaning small beds and bathrooms. But theres little reason to stay indoors. The archaeological site is only about a pleasant ten minute walk away. The in-room wireless Internet was fast and never failed (a big plus if you have to work online while traveling like I did). I dont do breakfast so I cant comment on the morning meal service. The view of the Bay of Corinth is incredible. The lobby is nicely decorated, very comfortable. I went in the summer but I can imagine winters are very cozy in the lobby with a group of friends. The staff will spring into action to help you with anything you might need to have or know. I would definitely stay here again.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
If you decide to hike from the Corcyrean Cave on Mount Parnassus back to Delphi, start early. I took a wrong fork and wound up at a beautiful lookout point - and dead end. I finally got back into town just as the sun set. Obviously, bring plenty of water. There is an artesian well about half way.
