Fine example of a Suburb Hotel with all the perks of a Big City One
My stay at the Courtyard in Hartford/Manchester area was not my first and certainly won’t be my last. Everyone and I mean Everyone was sincere and was very eager to help out in any way they could. My stay there was certainly what I condidered a home away from home. They were very considerate when my stay had to include a few days arrival prior to my original plans but everything went smoothly with that. I would recommend this hotel with all my heart. GREAT STAY !!!

Would stay again, but.....
Overall the hotel is in great condition inside and out and the room was clean and comfortable. The down sides were they gave us a room "with accommodations". We were told about it when we checked in but not knowing what to expect we said we didn’t mind. Won’t do that again. No bath tub and we had a flood on the floor every day. I reserved the room two months in advance so I don’t know why they would do that. Then there were the small children running and screaming up and down our hall early Saturday morning. We also ordered a movie and could hardly watch it due to the wavy lines.
If you bring your children, please watch them and be respectful to others in the hotel. The hallways are not playgrounds.

This was a business trip and the stay was positive. The hotel staff was extremely helpful.
