Great deal
Hotel lobby and dinning area was being remodled but everything else was very good. Would highly recommend it. Great deal for the money. Close to a big mall and many resturants.

Comfortable hotel for shopping
Nice hotel right next to a great mall in Appleton. A bit too far from Lambeau Field (the purpose of the trip), but worthwhile. They clean all the bedding between each guest which is a plus.

Room Size alittle small for more than 1 night
Room was a little too small for more than 1 night stay. We had 2 beds and 2 Adults and 1 child. We were in the room early at nights and not much room to move around in. The pool was nice though. We went swimming and not alot of people in the pool.

Hotel needs to address noise issues
Nice Hotel and good service, but all was overshadowed by the noisey people in the next room until 3:45 am. Two calls to the desk and two visits by their staff did nothing to stop the party. I’m disappointed that the staff wasn’t more forceful, but this also tells me that there isn’t much insulation or sound proofing in the walls. The experience made me question whether I would ever stay there again.

I will be back
I Travel to the Appleton / Neenah area every couple of months for business. I have always been booked in other chains hotels because I was told that they were so much cheaper. I booked my last trip myself and decided to splurge and stay in a Hampton Inn. What a difference. The room was incredible, the service was incredible and the bed was one of the nicest hotel beds I have slept on. The few extra dollar difference that it cost was well worth it. Not to mention the money and time I saved by eating breakfast right in the hotel. From now on when I have to travel for business or pleasure, the first think I do now is see if there is a Hampton Inn at my destination. Thank you for the great service.
