This hotel is relatively new , service was very good , staff very helpful . When leaving on an early departure this hotel is very convenient to Ottawa Airport

Nice hotel, bad staff
Nice new hotel, but don’t try contacting the front desk at 4am. After several failed attempts I went down to find him watching TV in the lounge. Once they fire this guy, the hotel will be a good place to stay!
