West Palms best kept secret!!
My husband and I had passed this hotel many times in our travels to West Palm Beach. However we had never stayed there. I can only say that it surpassed all our expectations. We would definitely return for a further visit in the future, and can highly recommend it.
Spring or Autumn would be the ideal temperatures.

Incredible service -- I’ll be back.
I have been going to Four Seasons Hotel including Palm Beach for years. I hadn’t been to the Palm Beach hotel in a few years. So, the recent bad reviews gave me pause. I am happy to report that the service was incredible and my stay was as pleasant as I remember. Food: Food was very good -- and consistently good from day to day. Beach Seating: Nowhere in the Palm beaches do you get the attentive beach service that you get at the Four Seasons. I stayed at the Ritz as well this summer and I felt my self getting dehydrated and had to *ask* someone to bring me some water. I was always offered a cold drink, popsicle or something refreshing while sitting out on the beach. They other cool thing is that I was not charged for an umbrella. Gym: The gym is very nice. Well-stocked with good cardio machines and it’s clean. Spa: I got a manicure and pedicure at the Spa. The whole spa is awesome. Very nice relaxation areas and attentive staff. Unlike the Ritz, you don’t have to pay $45.00 to use the showers or relax in the Four Seasons spa. Next time I go I will spend more time there. Pool Area: The one area that needs improvement is maintenance of the pool area. The pool was disappointing in the following sense. I like to sit in the hot tub even on hot days. The hotub was not very clean and wasn’t quite full enough. I even saw a human air stuck to the side of the pool. After seeing that, I never got back in there.
