quiet lodgings in Huntington Beach

We use this hotel to visit relatives who make an annual pilgrimage to the beach. We don’t like noise, which is why this hotel is good. It’s not in the beach area, in fact it’s in an aerospace industrial park. We were able to check in early without problem. The rooms are average, could use sprucing up as the walls are dingy tan and carpeting is brown. Bathrooms are okay although there is wax buildup in the corners, and there was no extra toilet paper. But given the alternative of staying at some overpriced and noisy beach property this hotel is right for us.

You can save substantially on this hotel in comparison to other Huntington Beach properties.

Not too impressed

Beds became uncomfortable after a few nights and room size is decent; self serve for towels (exchange at front desk) and cleaning for the first 7 days. Do not expect the standard service as other hotels, but if you have the need for a stovetop, microwave and refrigerator/freezer it’s a fair choice at best. Noticed several cars had windows broken in the back area of parking lot. There is no pool and located in business district so a short to moderate drive is required for any activities.

Not Impressed!!

Not impressed at all, extremly hard beds and no room service, none. Really put a damper on our whole trip.
