A studio with a bed of stone
This motel is convenient as it is a small studio with a kitchenette in the room with a real stove and refrigerator and cupboards and sink and little dining table. Unfortunately, I felt the mattress was one of the hardest that I have ever been on. We have stayed in this Extended Stay before, so we were ready to dump our own trash and clean up our kitchen dishes, etc. I came prepared with better pans, utensils, etc. It saves money to not eat out all the time, but the bed was so hard that I don’t think I would stay here again. The staff was nice and very accommodating, but you have to ask for things you need like the next roll of toilet paper. The concept of the hotel is good, and if the mattress was better, I could give it a better review. I chose this place for the price since I was staying for 2 weeks and even a little savings per night added up to a big savings overall.

Bargain
Located on a business strip but adjacent to quiet residential area; near Tacoma, just off I-5. Nothing fancy but it was clean, safe, and bargain priced.

very smokey rooms
This place says no smoking allowed 20ft from this hotel. however, people are smoking right next to your room. my room kept filling up with smoke from next door people. I will never stay at this hotel again. I want a total smoke free zone.
