Ill-maintained
We came across cockroaches in the room, the sink was blocked. Nice location but bad experience overall.

Would stay here again
A little difficult to find - no signs at the turnoff on main road. Very clean. Staff very courteous. Went out of their way to accommodate me when I needed to stay an extra night. Be sure to read ammenities for each type of room. Cowboy cabins do not have bathroom. Need to use shower house. Seems like it would be a great place to go in summer with children. Many activities right on site. Very close to Zion National Park.

Nice pool
The swimming pool was great; slides are good for kids and adults. Had some bug bites at night in the cabin. Might be better to bring bug repellant.
