Wont go back
The hotel had an 80s feel to it, very outdated. The wall in our room had peeling off paint and stucko and a pile on the floor. The buffet dinner was $10.99 per head and $7.99 per child. My kids are 4 and younger and I had 4 kids. The food was gross. Pizza was cardboard, the turkey was so salted becasue it was clearly rotten, the dessert table had literally one plate of dessert and when someone took the plate they replaced that one plate. The entire night that restaurant probably had 6 people besides me, my wife and 4 kids. The hotel internet access didnt work and the hotel receptionsist said it hasnt worked in months and no one is fixing it. The game room was cool, but half the games didnt work and all the games were 10 or more years old. The rooms were small. THis hotel needs a serious make over. But - at least it didnt have bugs or roaches like the Ramanda we stayed at in Kissemmee.

Hidden charges
When I went to check out, there was a $10 per night "Resort fee" that I was forced to pay. I called 3 days in advance, asking if I would be able to check in very early in the morning of my check in date of Oct 16. My fiances plane didnt arrive until after 1 am. They told me this would be fine they would lock the room. When I got there, they locked the room for the next day ( that would have been the 17th not the 16th like I had asked about) and I ended up having to pay for another night, but I should not have had to pay for another night when a manager of the hotel told me people fly in late all the time....no problem for the 16th. Dont make international calls from your room. The company they use for their phone service charges $10.00 per min for calls. We made 2 calls to Morocco, the first one 2 minutes/$30, 2nd was 5 minutes at $57. I was not a happy camper and will never stay at this hotel again.
