Camino Real Sumilla
It was a disaster. I had a king size reservation for my wife and I and they gave me 2 doubles (was late so I let it go). The guy on the reception said me they were full. My room was #3316. Very noisy, maybe an electrical device was close to the room and buzzing all the time. Also you can hear people coming up and down stairs and a child crying all night long. Actually, the poor kid was screaming and crying from 2 to 4 a.m. I was out, 6:00 am. I packed back and left the hotel. I complained to the guy on the front desk and I gave him a couple of local phone numbers to contact me. They don’t even call me to apologize or try to get more info. The room (and maybe the hotel) doesn’t work the money.

Great stay
I stayed 2 nights at Sumiya in late April due to a wedding I had to attend in Cuernavaca and this is a great hotel..a bit pricy though. The staff is very accommodating and well mannered. An excelent choice for a romantic getaway from Mx City.

Nice and quiet
Very good place to stay with the family for a quiet weekend
