Breakfast Scam
This hotel was adequate but room decor was dreadful. It was overpriced and I would recommend it only if a pool is absolutely necessary. In the room the maid leaves a form for what seems like complimentary continental breakfast. It’s NOT. Before ordering it the second day I checked at the desk and was told it is free. We were then charged 12 euros each for 2 days. The desk person pointed to a sign no guest would see in the desk area noting the charge and refused to budge except to reduce it when I said we didn’t get 2 coffees on day 2.

Just O.K.
O.K. base for visiting Aix,but a 10 min walk to centre of town. Also it is a 65 euro taxi fare to Marseille airport, and not 45 as quoted by Hotel.
