The staff were helpful. The hotel was mediocre. The breakfast buffet at TGIF was excellent, and their staff was superb

Wonderful Place to Stay
This is one classy hotel with the friendliest staff. Everyone smiled and greeted us and were most happy to offer helpful advice and tips on things to do and see in Memphis. We will definately be back to see the great folks at the Doubletree Downtown Memphis!
