Impressed but rather pricey compared to other Hotels
The hotel service is excellent and the focus on customer service is good
While staying there if you want to be economical in India use the metered cabs and not the Hotel car. The concierge or the door man can arrange outside taxis which are reliable. From Delhi airport always use a prepaid taxi.
