Excellent location. Clean quiet room. Very much satisfied.
This hotel is located near most of the "must see" places in Paris. The room was adequate in size and very clean. Very quiet. The staff was friendly and multi-lingual. Very safe area. I had stayed here before and specifically chose this hotel for my return visit.

Great hotel but don’t expect consistent wifi service!
The hotel was in a fabulous location and clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is regarding wifi service (or lack thereof). I was able to access the wifi on the first night only. After that, there was no signal. Despite my efforts of bringing both my iPhone and macbook down to the front desk, the desk agents would not accept that the wireless was not working and continued to insist that it was. It is probably worth mentioning, however, that the hotel has two computer closets in the lobby allowing access to email and the internet. It was just frustrating to be unable to use my own devices in my room.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
Don’t believe all the talk about free wifi everywhere. The wifi is only accessible to customers of the phone and internet various vendors. Account log ins and passwords are required for most all wifi throughout the city. I was unable to access wifi on my iPhone for the duration of my visit.

So-so...
Front desk welcome was subpar (bad start...). Rooms are OK. Breakfast is ridiculous in a small room that cannot sit more than 15-20 people. We had, with other guests, to wait outside of the room, waiting for other guests to be done! Location is good and convenient.
