Excellent for the price
Rooms were large and clean. Bathroom was spacious and modern. What lacks is the Continental Breakfast, microwave, refrigerator. Missing: Coffee makes was providing only ONE pack of black-tea packet. I had to request more. They did not replace used towel next day. I had to request new set. Other than that, this is very good hotel.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Not far from Old Quebec City by ferry. Just take your car to ferry station and take a ferry ride with your car. Not expensive. OLD city is nice. And watch FREE documentary on 300 meter wide screen in open area. Check the schedule before you plan the trip.

Brand new and extremely clean hotel
Great, brand new hotel. Loved the outdoor heated pool/jacuzzi! Very relaxing environment. We loved the fact that it was close to the ferry and we could easily take the ferry across to Old Quebec. The hotel has free shuttle to the ferry on certain days/times as well. Make sure you try the Cosmos restaurant that’s right next to the hotel. GREAT atmosphere and EXCELLENT and reasonably priced food considering the nice place it is.

There’s really not much going on in Levis and there were no nearby shops/restaurants. The price of the hotel is much better than many places across the river, so it’s definitely worth staying at this hotel and taking the ferry across the river. The ferry ride itself is pretty nice and you get a really nice view of Quebec city.

Facility fine, staff very inflexible
This is a very modern, cold, angular, grey and black hotel. Clean and functional. However I reserved two nights and had to check out early the next morning. They refused to refund my second day payment. Expedia even called to see if they would return my unused night’s payment and they refused
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Pay for only one night at a time. Hotel not near downtown Quebec, you must take a ferry.
