WHAT A NIGHTMARE??
I arrived at 2:00 am on Saturday 10/31(morning of Sunday 11/1) after previously calling 2 days before to confirm my reservation and advise them of my late arrival plans...No one at front desk..had to yell to back room to get someone..Clerk seemed perplexed but gave me a room.Next morning at 10am I awoke to find a staff member trying to get in my room.I opened the door and he said he thought room was empty..I said no I checked in last night and will be checking out today...20 minutes later same guy and a woman with a clipboard knock on door wondering who I am what I am doing in room...I give my name and tell them I will be checking out soon.Tried to talk to manager but they said she was "busy".I think they should get their act together!
