Comfortable and close to the beach
We enjoyed a wonderful room with a view of the beach right across the street. The hotel staff were pleasant and knowledgable. We liked being so close to the beach - it borders a park and was very safe and clean. We will definitely stay there again.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
If you get a chance, you can pet Tiger Sharks at Ocean World just down the road. There are also a couple beaches to choose from across the street - one is very shallow and perfect for small children.

OK
This is an ok place to stay. For the price, and the location, it’s great. The bathroom was very dated and there was no ac or any way to cool the room. Granted this is rarely needed, but it got very stuffy during our July 4th stay. I’d recommend this to friends with the warning that it’s a motel--and there are lots of smokers, pets, etc there so don’t expect 4 stars.
