An oasis of calm and comfort in Kolkata
The Oberoi was total luxury. Spending the days walking the hectic and busy streets of Kolkata it was a joy to come back to the tranquility, space, cool & cleanliness of the Oberoi. The room was impecable as were all the other facilities. The pool was a highlight & breakfast is delicious. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Staying here was a real treat.

Classic Hotel
The service was exceptional and the hotel itself was well maintained. Not much in the area to stroll about the neighbrohood, but the hotel is well located for taxi ride to important sites. It is a historic building that has been updated to all of the modern conveniences. AC worked well and staff made a real effort to get to know guests by name. Restaurant manager very friendly.
