ChannelView Holiday Inn Express I-10
When arriving didn’t care that costs were already paid to expedia, demanded to swipe credit card. Luckily I called expedia and situation was solved before checking out and I was not charged twice for the stay. The restaurant had a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. The room was poorly lit, outlets didn’t work, and the toilet needed the handle "jiggled" after each flush or it wouldn’t stop running. The television worked when it wanted to, I don’t know if this is related to the outlet issue or the age of the TV/remote in the room. The huge window that you have isn’t adequately covered by any type of window covering and at night you can see into the room straight through, kinda creepy! I will not stay here again and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. If this is a 3 out of 5 star hotel at expedia I would hate to stay at a 2.5 or less hotel!
