Middle of the road hotel, not convienent to much!
I stayed here because I was attending a conference that has this listed as it’s only hotel. It was "down the road" to the conference, but not convenient to it, as they have no shuttle and I had to walk across a busy highway to get there. Also, King of Prussia mall, with tons of food, shopping, etc. was only 10 min away! Had I known that, I would have stayed there, and rented a car. When I arrived, they gave me a key to a room that wasn’t cleaned, and the only thing that was cleaned was a double room. And since it was just me, it was ok. Fitness center is lacking, but attached restaurant was good, consistent fare. Over priced for location and amenities.

Not at all impressed.
Let me count the ways: (1) TV remote did not work, had to call maintenance (2) no coffee pot with in-room coffee maker (3) no WiFi in room except in the incredibly drafty cold lobby - two weeks later I still have a sinus cold 4) worthless ethernet connection did not function (5) early evening coffee from downstairs coffee pot was lukewarm (6) signature egg-covered English muffin breakfast dish was just OK (7) room was again cold due to direct in-draft of air from front door (8) One of my earlier worst meals was at a Ruby Tuesday’s so I did not care to venture over to the adjacent RT for a re-heated pre-frozed dinner. Only nice thing was afternoon cookies at front desk.
