Beutiful Place - Some Issues
1. On check-in the desk clerk who was assisting us was interrupted by two other employees and she ignored us to answer the questions of the other employees. I thought the customer came first! 2. The room key we were given did not work in the door. I went back down to desk clerk and she gave me another key. The second key did not work either. The maintenance man came to solve the problem and said that they were having problems with the keys. He did return a few minutes later with keys that did work. 3. After roaming the hotel we came back to use the elevator to go back to our room. There was a maid scrubbing the floor in one elevator. The elevator door was open during this process. When we pushed the button to go up, nothing happened. Several more pushes resulted in nothing. The crowd had gathered waiting to go up to their rooms. Finally I went to desk and told the clerk that the elevators were not working. They called the same helpful maintenance man who told the maid to get out of the elevator so the guests could go to their room. I think he had to tell her more than once because she seemed to want to finish scrubbing the floor before she would get out - perhaps she just did not understand the English language?! 4. Expedia web site did not tell us that there was a $10 per day parking charge. I hate surprises! 5. Breakfast was excellent in the coffee shop. 6. The Aloha restaurant in the little mall outside the hotel was excellent for dinner. Great service - yummy food.

Not Impressed
Hotel located off the main highway resulting in noisy room. Bathroom was completely too small. Only plus is that it is on beach front property. Would not recommend or stay there again.
