Ok
Hotel was ok, a 30 min tram ride to the main train station which is in the middle of the city. Tram tickets cost 12.40 francs for day. Probably could have gotten a hotel closer in without needing the tram for the cost of the hotel + the tram tickets.

extra bed, terrible. You have to pay everything including even water, internet, etc.
Must - see zurich lake!
