Saratoga Malta is Great
Beside the convinience to Saratoga Spring this is a very nice hotel. Clean and pleasant all around. Pool, basic gym on premises. Breakfast is simple but good on the rush. Saratoga Spring is about 15 minutes also Lake George makes a good day trip. Easy on and off from main highway /I-87/

Well-run, clean and new, but noise is a huge issue
I have stayed here twice: in Sept and Oct 09. Nice staff, good facility, but on both stays, noisy, partying guests made it impossible to sleep. The walls are quite thin: there’s almost no soundproofing. On the first visit, the noise -- a large gathering of racing fans, with plenty of drinking -- began in the early evening in the room next door to mine. I complained and was immediately given a different room in a quieter spot. On the second visit, the partying -- a very rowdy group either above or down the hall from us -- began after 11pm, and it took several calls to the front desk before someone arranged for the group to move -- at around 1:30am. A lost night for me and my family. The staff seem glad to help but lack a sense of urgency to do so. I will stay at this hotel again only if there are no alternatives.

Impressed!
This was a very clean hotel. The modern decor and warm colors welcomed us as we entered the lobby for check-in. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. The rooms were very clean and the bed was SO comfortable. The Starbucks coffee was an extra treat for me as I LOVE Starbucks! This is a quality hotel and we were not at all disappointed. Thanks Expedia!
Traveler's tip for business travelers
The continental breakfast was a treat with fresh food daily. The usual US Today papers were available. This hotel is right next to the freeway. The computers/website were up to date.
