Not the cleanest
We normally have a clean room, but this time the room was not clean. They moved us once to a different room from one that was not acceptable, and the second room was not the best. The management wouldn’t make adjustments. I hope this was a fluke and I would be willing try them one more time.

Wonderful
We loved this hotel. It was our second stay there. We live on the other side of Knoxville and go to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg often. This is our favorite hotel in the area. We will definately go back.

Nice Surprise
Hot tub, big room, wonderful bath. Great for a weekend away for just you and yours.
Pigeon Forge is excellent for families. Dry county so little or no alcohol and associated routyness. Did I spell Routy - Ness right?
