Great hotel, not good service
Had two rooms for two night stay. One room not cleaned. Clean towels left on the door. One room did not have a TV remote, requested twice and did not get one.

Extremely Clean and Comfortable
We loved the peoplae and the friendliness of the area. The hotel was very clean. The room was large and newer with a large TV, couch and workspace. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast bar was convienent, fresh fruit was available at all times. We will definietly stay there again.

Great hotel experience
This was my first stay in the new Hyatt Place hotel concepts. The staff were courteous and attentive, and the rooms were clean and very spacious. The huge flat screen TV was the best! The only draw back is the proximity to the highway. It was a bit noisy at times. Otherwise a really great hotel experience.
