Very Impressed
On arrival the staff were helpfull and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar staff were also helpfull and friendly. A hotel worth staying in.

Decent service
The staff were very friendly. The bathroom was a little dirty, but the worst was no towels the second day! We had to reuse the pool towels. Thank god it was not a longer stay for that reason. Otherwise, nice location and room.

Beautiful View of Air Conditioners
Did as Expedia recommended and noted a request for early check in. Got no reply, called Radisson and requested early check in. Told that there was no guarantee and they could not put me on list. Kept calling every half hour and called just as we arrived in the parking lot and were still told no rooms were available. When we walked into the lobby they were checking in people left and right when we asked to check in they had a room. Little did we know that the room we would receive overlooked the roof with all the air conditioning units and an old dilapidated tank. The room also overlooked the main road and the police sub-station across the street. The select comfort beds were lousy they were either to hard or to soft and when you added air the noise was horrendous. The pillows had hair on them, the walls had holes in them from the door knobs, the inside of entry door was very sticky (had to wash my hands a long time to get the stickiness off) the shower had lots of mold in he cracks (hello Tilex) and the carpet was torn and tattered. One bright spot was the service of the restaurant. Made a Special request do to allergies and the gal was very helpful and took care of everything.
