quiet hotel close to airport
We stayed here just one night after a long flight into Cleveland. The hotel was convenient and quiet and the room was adequate for a short stay. A few restaurant choices within walking distance or a short drive away. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. No complaints.

Best for the price!!
I’m not a friend of writing reviews but this one deserves it!! BIG-5 for this hotel.First time we’ve stayed at one this chain & We were totally impressed far exceeding our expectations for the price we paid. Very nice & helpful staff, SUPER-clean King size room with fridge & microwave, spacious desk with OK-speed wireless; real good complimentary breakfast w/generous variety & yummy big belg-waffles, boiled eggs & trimmings; quiet neighborhood for a nearby airport location (though it looks sort of run down residential / mixed use suburb)just 20-30 mins from Dtown; good variety of dining places just a short walk distance but still we were kindly and conveniently offered to have the shuttle service to gives any ride within 2 mile radius. Hotel Corridors and room with fresh clean smell, no traces of nasty cigarrete smoke.Hope all Quality Inns are like this one ’cause I’m sticking with them. Can’t wait to go back!!!

NICE HOTEL BUT WRONG ROOM
The hotel was great in all areas- location, price, cleanliness, service, breakfast area... except on the wrong section- I had booked a non-smoking room and we were given a smoking room. The entire wing smelled of smoke, our room also did & by the end of the weekend all of our clean clothes did. This was awful for a person with allergies, let alone the smell when trying to sleep. There were no other rooms availabe so we were stuck there. That was my only complaint on the stay and mistakes do happen, so I wasn’t going to let it ruin the weekend.

The hotel was meticulously clean and all staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent!
This was our third hotel in our travel to Ohio, and we felt the most comfortable in this hotel. The staff was wonderful and attended to our every need. The hotel shuttle driver even offered to drive my husband to the airport the night before our flight, so that we could drop off our car at the car rental agency! We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Stay there at least once a month
Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, great shuttle service to airport. Staff goes out of their way to help. Always a smile!

Convenient for our stay
We needed a place close to the airport so we could make an early morning flight. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there were good restaurants nearby.

Clean, quiet, inexpensive value
Spent a weekend at the hotel. It was clean, quiet, and convenient to the airport. Had a nice buffet. It was a great value for the cost. Highly recommended as an inexpesive, well appointed hotel.

Ask for a room near the elevator. Long walk to the outer rooms. King rooms have a recliner and a desk. Great for working.

Great valentine getaway
had a great time! They provided transportation to and from the IX Center (Cleveland Home and Garden Show). Everyone we had contact with with from the hotel was very nice.

Pretty Stinky!
First of all, the hotel has a great location, lots of nearby restaurants, and a friendly, helpful staff. But if you are sensitive to the smell of smoke or have certain allergies, this may be a difficult hotel to stay in. The lobby and corridors carry a strong odor of smoke. Our first room on the second floor, had a slight odor of smoke when we arrived but during the night it seemed as though smoke was being piped in through the ventilation system. The following day we switched to another room and had no problems. My only other concern was that on a holiday they provided no housekeeping service in order to give their employees the day off -- that’s great! but did anyone think to compensate their paying guests in some way? No.

Good value and service
Staff was very helpful. They provided a new key right away when mine did not work to enter the pool area and gave my nieces each a toothbrush when they forgot to bring theirs. The shuttle service to the airport and other locations is a great service. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Use the shuttle service to go to all the major tourist spots like The Flats or The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame to avoid having to pay for parking.

Nice place to stay
This hotel was not to far and not too close to Downtown Cleveland, and my visit to the Rock and Roll HOF. Many good resrunts near by. If I had to pick something to improve it would be adding more room to the Cont. Breakfast area at this hotel.
