Great hotel good value for money
We had a great time in this hotel. It is not a new hotel but well maintained. Great for kids as there is a good pool, games room well maintained and animals around the hotel. It is 10min from city center and taxi is cheap and reliabe ($4 a trip). Beach in front of the hotel is probably the best of Cartagena, still this is not the best thing to do in the city. Hotel have spots saved for guest, which is good.

icing on the cake
This hotel is fabulous. The staff is very polite and friendly. The rooms were very clean and modern, and the food served in the resturants and 24 hr cafeteria was excellent. The hotel has a private beach as well as beautiful pool. All of this is contained in a private compound which is very safe and secure. There really is no reason to leave except for sightseeing. The hotel can handle all your needs in that department. You are a short romanatic carriage ride, or taxi to the walled city. The price was very reasonable and well worth the money. We look forward to returning soon. Cartagene is hot and beautiful.
