ONLY LOBBY REDONE NOT ROOMS
We are from New york. When we go to Hotels in Europe we like to stay with the luxury collection because we know we are getting a top notch hotel. The woman at the front desk was very rude to us. Maybe it was an american thing but who knows. The business center computers were very slow and took 1/2 hour to write an email. The lobby was decorated very nice. They obviously just redid it. The rooms however looked like europe in the 80’s. Everything was old including the tv’s beds carpets were discusting and walls were peeling. It wasnt 5 star accomidations at all. Our vacation was great so I am not going to complain and they had a nice breakfast included in the rate of the room but the room itself wasnt nice at all.
