Very good bargain.
A great place for the price. A little dubious looking around the edges on the outside but the rooms were excellent for the price. AND we had a jacuzzi.

IT WAS DIRTY
The shower wasn’t working . they were pubic hairs on the sheets, pillows very flat. Room wasn’t ready when we got there at 5:3 pm we had to leave and come back.

Neat and clean room is the best I can say
The hotel clearly has seen better days. An old photo shows the hotel in its heyday with rooms and a pool that no longer exist. In fact there was a Holiday Inn express next door, new and bright, which obviously bought out some of the land originally part of the HoJos The hall had the "smoke" odor that was baked into the rug and walls. Thankfully, the room was need and did not smell of smoke. The room itself was acceptable.
