Dirty, scary, and loud.

The staff was less than pleased to have to answer any questions or fill your requests (like for another towel). Our non-smoking room was next door to a two other smoking room so our room smelled just as bad and I have asthma so it was a very uncomfortable night for me. We could hear someone running around upstairs until about 4 am. Our beds were extremely uncomfortable and the sheets didnt look super clean. While checking the room on check-out, making sure we didn’t forget anything my mother found a used bra in the drawer of the night stand. There were some creepy people meandering the hallways and the neighborhood was kinda scary. We will never go anywhere near the hotel again. We had to book a hotel room recently in the same area and we avoided anything in this chain all together because this room/hotel was so horrible.

Not happy

The hotel was extremely noisy at night, making it almost impossible to sleep. The sheets were very rough, my daughter actually laid on top of the coverlet because they were so uncomfortable. A very unpleasant evening. I do not recommend this hotel.

As a last resort.

Room was not clean. Very dusty. Could not get ahold of housekeeping. Requested refrigerator with room due to medication and never received it. Did not replenish clean coffee pot in the morning.

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

Price not bad if you’re out of options but the owners of this hotel need to step up and meet basic cleanliness expectations and the requested needs of their customers.
