Right for the price!
"No smoking" room smelled an awful lot like smoke, but otherwise good. All surfaces clean and amenities supplied (no breakfast room due to repairs, but I’m assuming this was temporary). Spacious bathroom and good shower.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Quite close and easily navigable to/from the Columbus Marathon.

Needs Help
The hotel is a bit run down, but they are in the process of renovation. The rooms themselves need some attention with emphasis on new beds and a new HVAC system. In addition the maintenance department could do a little better job maintaining what they already have

I chose this hotel by price and probably would have chosen a different hotel had one closer and as cheap been available.

Don’t think I would go back
The hotel is under construction but the first room we had the air conditioner did not work. The second room was a non-smoking and smelled of cigarettes and animals (dog). The bed was comfortable.
