Pleasantly surprised
This hotel is well run and the rooms are extremely nice. There is a sleeping area and a living area which are both serviced by a huge LCD TV. Very nice linens and the room was spotless. Hyatt Place is a great hotel.

Great Hotel and Staff!
The staff was extremely nice! The location was great and the room was beautiful- huge sofa and flat screen! Food was great, too. I usually travel with my pet, and Hyatt Place doesn’t allow pets, that is the only reason I stayed at another hotel last time I was in Richmond. I would love if they had pet friendly rooms because I would stay at Hyatt Place more frequently. I will be back soon and I really enjoyed my stay!
Capital Ale House is right around the corner- great food and wide selection of beer!

Great hotel!
Loved this hotel! Desk staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet, and it was easy to find. Will definitely stay there if I am back in Richmond.
