Fabulous Surprise
I was kind of worried at first. You usually sacrifice quality for the convenience of being right next to an airport. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very quiet and relaxing even with the airport being down the street. I really enjoyed the decor of the inside of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially the staff at the bar. They went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our first Sangria and paella experience. (Which is excellent by the way.) And the best part to me is that they had a shuttle running during the day and night to the airport, and a bus that takes you to the train station that stops right in front of the hotel. Overall it was a pleasant experience, and defintie find for those passing through the area.

New Hotel, close to Airport, great staf, free shuttle to and from Girona Airport,clean, good food.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
You can take a bus to Girona just on the corner out of the Hotel, you will be in Girona within 15-20 minutes for only $5 roud trip , if you have half day you can go there, is a small town but very nice, also can do there some shoping,visit the cathedral, walk those nice streets and there are a lot of restaurants, the Hotel will also give you a map of Girona, ask for it.

Great stop over on the way to Barcelona
I had a late flight into Girona Airport & was travelling to Barcelona which would take an hour so I stayed over at this hotel which is a stone’s throw from the airport. There was a free shuttle to the hotel and even though the flight was late and I didn’t arrive until midnight the staff were helpful and very friendly. The room seemed new, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. In the morning the staff were again lovely & very helpful advising me about the best way to get to Barcelona and providing me with a map. There really isn’t much to see in Girona but to get a good night’s sleep before/after the trip to/from BArcelona this is perfect and good value for money.
