A Great Place
The staff should be commended for their consistent helpfulness - always providing service with a smile. The room was always very clean. If I return to San Jose, this is where I’ll stay.

the breakfast was not good they really did not have much to choose from the bed was all sunk in it was very back breaking but everything eles was great

Not impressed
First of all we where disappointed with our "continental" breakfast. Our first breakfast we expected a breakfast with eggs, pancakes/waffles,etc. Well we would have to pay in order for the restaurant to make us this breaskfast. All they had was coffee,muffins,bagels,cereal,orange juice, and milk. So the next morning we decided to go to eat at Denny’s. Secondly, when we arrived to the room the cable did not work. I called for someone to help, and they did come to fix it in about 30 minutes. Thirdly, on Sunday we leave to enjoy San Francisco and when we come back the girls wanted to go in the pool. Well their was a pool party that was very offensive to our children. Their were girls and guys half way naked and the DJ music very loud and alcohol was served. We could not use the pool and relax because of the pool party that was going on. Their were security’s that were asking us multiple times if we were guests of the hotel because if we weren’t we couldn’t come in. I believe the Clarion hotel should tell every guests who will stay on Sunday’s before they book the hotel that on Sundays their is a pool party. That way we are aware of what is going on.

Do not stay on a Sunday and I hope your not too hungry in the morning, cause they do not serve a good breakfast.
