Worthy choice
Great place - good location. It was a 15 minute walk to the subway, which was not bad. Loved the bathroom! Felt very safe in the neighborhood. The staff was friendly, helpful. Restaurants were a little pricey, but there are too many restaurants in Taipei for that to be an issue. Would stay there again, easily.

Imperial Hotel
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The price I paid for the Club level room was a super deal. I look forward to returning.
The walk to the Grand Hotel is interesting.

Great Hotel Great Service
I have stayed at the Imperial Hotel many times and am always please with my room, staff and overall stay. My suggestion is to make sure you have access to the club floor, the club room is lovely, with food and beverage service several times a day and is a great space for meetings. Also, I find the club rooms overall nice than the regular rooms. For the money I think you are hard pressed to find a better overall value anywhere in Taiwan.
